We are excited to announce the Husky Nation Legacy Matching Challenge for 2026!
Today, more than ever, we need to support our public schools, specifically Northwest Des Moines Public Schools. For over 17 years, the Husky Nation Foundation (formerly known as the Hoover Meredith Learning Community Foundation) has worked with the community to provide financial support for the important work taking place in our schools and classrooms.
Our Mission: The Husky Nation Foundation supports the six public schools in northwest Des Moines by uniting community and alumni resources to enhance our schools’ learning environments.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, our Foundation has invested over $280,000 in classroom resources and enriching learning experiences for students across all six schools: Hoover High School, Meredith Middle School, and Monroe, Hillis, Samuelson, and Moore Elementary Schools.
We are proud to announce this year’s matching challenge honoring Mr. Bob Wells.
Many of you are aware of Bob’s remarkable life and commitment to serving others.

Your donation today will be doubled with a matching challenge from an anonymous donor, up to $10,000.00.
